Yamada builds the DP-10BAC as a 3/8" double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, capable of 6 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
The aluminum body suits solvents, fuels, oils and paints — the general-industrial fluids where a metal pump is wanted but stainless is more than the job needs. Neoprene diaphragms and balls give balanced service across mild chemicals, oils and water, and are the economical default where nothing aggressive is being moved. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
