The Hayward 1S5GX0008 is an S Series vertical seal-less immersible pump in CPVC — 3/4 HP, single phase — for continuous-duty chemical pumping from tanks and sumps.
With no mechanical shaft seal there is nothing in the liquid path to leak or wear out, which makes the S Series a dependable choice on corrosive service. CPVC head (Cell Class 23447 per ASTM D1784) with FPM elastomers, a 115/230 V single-phase TEFC motor, 1-1/4" suction and 1" discharge, at roughly 35 lb.
