The Pulsafeeder Chem-Tech X024-XA-AAAAXXX is a Series 100 mechanical diaphragm metering pump — 24 GPD maximum at up to 100 psi, 115 V — a step below the X030 for finer feed control at the same pressure rating.
The sealed-gearbox motorized-diaphragm drive meters quietly and consistently, with knob-and-lock feed-rate adjustment. The liquid end runs a clear SAN/PVC head, CSPE seats and o-rings, and ceramic ball in the guided quad check-valve system, with standard bleed valve and 0.44" PVC suction / 0.50" PE discharge tubing. Self-priming; max 125°F and 300 cps; ETL listed, conforms to ANSI/NSF Std 50.
