The Grundfos 99159457 is a SMART Digital DDA 60-10 diaphragm metering pump, a stepper-motor dosing pump rated to 60 l/h (15.85 GPH) at up to 10 bar (145 psi). It covers higher-volume chemical dosing in water treatment and industrial process lines while keeping the accuracy of the SMART Digital platform.
This build (type key DDA 60-10 AR-PV/T/C-F-31A7A7BG) pairs a PVDF (Kynar) dosing head with a PTFE gasket, ceramic valve balls, and a PTFE diaphragm — a chemically resistant wetted path suited to aggressive and oxidizing fluids, including chemicals that off-gas. It runs on a variable-speed stepper motor with a turndown ratio up to 1:3000, and the AR control variant adds an alarm relay and analog input with a front-mounted control panel. Maximum liquid temperature is 122°F (50°C).
