The Grundfos 97722437 is a SMART Digital S DDA 7.5-16 diaphragm dosing pump rated for 7.5 l/h (2.0 GPH) at up to 16 bar (232 psi) — a compact digital metering pump for chemical feed in water treatment and process work.
This build pairs a PVC dosing head with an FKM gasket, ceramic valve ball, and PTFE diaphragm, in the FCM control variant: flow control and integrated flow measurement, plus alarm relay and analog input. Connection is by hose suction/discharge with the standard valve. The stepper-motor drive delivers a setting range up to 1:3000 with consistent accuracy across the range. Power is universal 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz, single phase.
