The Grundfos 93065176 is a SMART Digital S DDA 7.5-16 diaphragm metering pump — a stepper-motor dosing pump rated to 7.5 l/h (2 GPH) at up to 16 bar (232 psi). It is built for precise chemical dosing in water treatment and industrial process lines where the dose has to stay accurate across a wide flow range.

This build pairs a PVDF (Kynar) dosing head with an FKM gasket, ceramic valve balls, and a PTFE diaphragm. That wetted set stands up to aggressive and oxidizing chemicals — including fluids that off-gas, such as sodium hypochlorite — better than a standard plastic head. The variable-speed stepper motor gives a turndown ratio up to 1:3000 for smooth, near-continuous dosing instead of pulsed shots.
