Grundfos 93065139 DDA-C Dosing Smart Digital S Pump

The Grundfos 93065139 is a SMART Digital S DDA 7.5-16 diaphragm metering pump, a stepper-motor dosing pump rated to 7.5 l/h (2 GPH) at up to 16 bar (232 psi). It is built for precise low-flow chemical dosing in water treatment and industrial process lines.

This configuration uses a polypropylene (PP) dosing head with an EPDM gasket, ceramic valve balls, and a PTFE diaphragm. The PP head and EPDM elastomer suit chemicals where polypropylene compatibility is preferred — this build is commonly specified for fluoride and similar dosing duties. A variable-speed stepper motor gives a turndown ratio up to 1:3000 for smooth, near-continuous dosing. The pump ships with an installation set (pump connections, foot valve, injection unit, and discharge/suction/de-aeration tubing).
