The ARO 666162-2EB-C is a 1-1/2" air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump from ARO's Pro Series 1-1/2" metallic line — self-priming, run-dry capable, and rated to about 90 GPM on compressed air up to 120 psi.
This build pairs Cast Iron fluid caps and manifold with 316 Stainless Steel seats, Santoprene check balls and Santoprene diaphragms. The air motor uses a cast iron center section. Santoprene is a tough, value-oriented elastomer with good general chemical compatibility, well suited to water-based and mildly aggressive fluids. Bolted construction keeps the fluid path leak-tight, and ARO's patented unbalanced air valve is designed to resist stalling and ice-up.
