Yamada builds the NDP-80BSW as a 3" double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, capable of 215 GPM. It passes solids to 13/32" (10 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
316 stainless wetted parts take the aggressive chemicals and elevated-temperature service that aluminum cannot, and clean up for food, beverage and pharmaceutical work. Yamada's Ultimate two-piece diaphragm pairs a PTFE wetted face with an elastomer backer, giving PTFE chemical resistance with markedly longer flex life than solid PTFE. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
