The Yamada NDP-80BSH is a 3" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, rated to 215 GPM. It passes solids to 13/32" (10 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
316 stainless construction is specified where corrosion resistance and cleanability both matter — dairy, brewing, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical transfer. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
