The NDP-80BFT-NPT covers 3" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in cast iron, rated to 215 GPM. It passes solids to 13/32" (10 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
Cast iron construction gives the weight and stiffness that heavy transfer work wants, and stands up to abrasive and particulate-laden fluids that wear lighter housings. PTFE diaphragms and balls give near-universal chemical resistance, covering solvents, concentrated acids and oxidizers that destroy rubber elastomers, at the cost of a slightly lower displacement per stroke. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied with NPT threaded connections. Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
