The Yamada NDP-80BFN-NPT is a 3" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in cast iron, rated to 215 GPM. It passes solids to 13/32" (10 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
A cast iron wetted path suits mining, foundry and heavy-process service where the pump takes physical punishment and the fluid is not corrosive. Buna-N diaphragms and balls suit petroleum oils, diesel, hydraulic fluid and greases, but should be kept away from ketones and strong oxidizers. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied with NPT threaded connections. It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
