The NDP-80BFH-NPT is Yamada's 3" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in cast iron, with a 215 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 13/32" (10 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
The cast iron body is built for heavy industrial duty — waste oils, sludges and abrasive slurries where mass and rigidity matter more than corrosion resistance. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied with NPT threaded connections. It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
