The NDP-80BFC-NPT is Yamada's 3" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in cast iron, with a 215 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 13/32" (10 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
A cast iron wetted path suits mining, foundry and heavy-process service where the pump takes physical punishment and the fluid is not corrosive. Neoprene diaphragms and balls give balanced service across mild chemicals, oils and water, and are the economical default where nothing aggressive is being moved. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied with NPT threaded connections. It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
