The NDP-50BSV-NPT is Yamada's 2" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, with a 164 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 5/16" (8 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
316 stainless construction is specified where corrosion resistance and cleanability both matter — dairy, brewing, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical transfer. Viton diaphragms and balls are chosen for aggressive chemicals and hot fluids — aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons and concentrated acids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied with NPT threaded connections. It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
