The NDP-50BSH covers 2" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, rated to 164 GPM. It passes solids to 5/16" (8 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
A 316 stainless wetted path resists chlorides, organic acids and most process chemicals, and is the standard specification wherever wash-down or product purity matters. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
