Yamada builds the NDP-500BSV-NPT as a 2" double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, capable of 226 GPM. It passes solids to 5/16" (8 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
316 stainless construction is specified where corrosion resistance and cleanability both matter — dairy, brewing, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical transfer. Viton diaphragms and balls are chosen for aggressive chemicals and hot fluids — aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons and concentrated acids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied with NPT threaded connections. Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
