This NDP-500BSH is a 2" NDP-500 air-operated diaphragm pump in stainless steel, rated to 226 GPM. It passes solids to 5/16" (8 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
316 stainless wetted parts take the aggressive chemicals and elevated-temperature service that aluminum cannot, and clean up for food, beverage and pharmaceutical work. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
