Yamada's NDP-500BSC-NPT is a 2" AODD pump in stainless steel, moving up to 226 GPM. It passes solids to 5/16" (8 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
A 316 stainless wetted path resists chlorides, organic acids and most process chemicals, and is the standard specification wherever wash-down or product purity matters. Neoprene diaphragms and balls give balanced service across mild chemicals, oils and water, and are the economical default where nothing aggressive is being moved. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied with NPT threaded connections. It self-primes, tolerates running dry, and stalls harmlessly against a closed valve, so it suits batching and intermittent transfer where a centrifugal pump would be a poor fit.
