Yamada builds the NDP-500BSC as a 2" double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, capable of 226 GPM. It passes solids to 5/16" (8 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
A 316 stainless wetted path resists chlorides, organic acids and most process chemicals, and is the standard specification wherever wash-down or product purity matters. Neoprene diaphragms and balls give balanced service across mild chemicals, oils and water, and are the economical default where nothing aggressive is being moved. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
