The NDP-40BSV-NPT is Yamada's 1-1/2" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, with a 107 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 9/32" (7 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
A 316 stainless wetted path resists chlorides, organic acids and most process chemicals, and is the standard specification wherever wash-down or product purity matters. Viton diaphragms and balls are chosen for aggressive chemicals and hot fluids — aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons and concentrated acids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied with NPT threaded connections. Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
