The NDP-40BSS-NPT covers 1-1/2" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, rated to 107 GPM. It passes solids to 9/32" (7 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
316 stainless construction is specified where corrosion resistance and cleanability both matter — dairy, brewing, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical transfer. Santoprene diaphragms and balls offer broad chemical compatibility with a long flex life, and are usually the best value where the duty cycle is heavy. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied with NPT threaded connections. The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
