The NDP-40BFV-NPT covers 1-1/2" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in cast iron, rated to 107 GPM. It passes solids to 9/32" (7 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
The cast iron body is built for heavy industrial duty — waste oils, sludges and abrasive slurries where mass and rigidity matter more than corrosion resistance. Viton diaphragms and balls are chosen for aggressive chemicals and hot fluids — aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons and concentrated acids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied with NPT threaded connections. The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
