Yamada builds the NDP-25BVT-PN as a 1" double-diaphragm pump in kynar pvdf, capable of 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
Kynar (PVDF) resists concentrated acids, halogens and aggressive solvents that attack polypropylene, and carries a higher temperature ceiling than PP. PTFE diaphragms and balls give near-universal chemical resistance, covering solvents, concentrated acids and oxidizers that destroy rubber elastomers, at the cost of a slightly lower displacement per stroke. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
