The Yamada NDP-25BVS-PN is a 1" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in kynar pvdf, rated to 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
Kynar (PVDF) resists concentrated acids, halogens and aggressive solvents that attack polypropylene, and carries a higher temperature ceiling than PP. Santoprene diaphragms and balls offer broad chemical compatibility with a long flex life, and are usually the best value where the duty cycle is heavy. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
