Yamada's NDP-25BVS-FLANGE is a 1" AODD pump in kynar pvdf, moving up to 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
PVDF construction handles the aggressive oxidising chemistry — chlorine, bromine, strong mineral acids — where polypropylene reaches its limit. Santoprene diaphragms and balls offer broad chemical compatibility with a long flex life, and are usually the best value where the duty cycle is heavy. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Fitted with flanged manifolds rather than threaded connections. Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
