The NDP-25BSE-PP is Yamada's 1" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, with a 46.2 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
A 316 stainless wetted path resists chlorides, organic acids and most process chemicals, and is the standard specification wherever wash-down or product purity matters. EPDM diaphragms and balls handle acids, caustics, ketones and alcohols well — but not petroleum products, which swell the elastomer. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
The non-metallic center body and glass-filled polypropylene air motor cut weight and remove a corrosion path in wet or chemically aggressive areas. Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
