The NDP-25BPC-FLANGE covers 1" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in polypropylene, rated to 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
The glass-filled polypropylene wetted path resists most acids, caustics and salt solutions, which is why plastic-bodied units dominate plating lines, water treatment and chemical dosing. Neoprene diaphragms and balls give balanced service across mild chemicals, oils and water, and are the economical default where nothing aggressive is being moved. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Fitted with flanged manifolds rather than threaded connections. It self-primes, tolerates running dry, and stalls harmlessly against a closed valve, so it suits batching and intermittent transfer where a centrifugal pump would be a poor fit.
