Yamada builds the NDP-25BAH as a 1" double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, capable of 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
The aluminum body suits solvents, fuels, oils and paints — the general-industrial fluids where a metal pump is wanted but stainless is more than the job needs. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
