The NDP-20BSN is Yamada's 3/4" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, with a 31.7 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 1/16" (2.0 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
316 stainless construction is specified where corrosion resistance and cleanability both matter — dairy, brewing, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical transfer. Buna-N diaphragms and balls suit petroleum oils, diesel, hydraulic fluid and greases, but should be kept away from ketones and strong oxidizers. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
It self-primes, tolerates running dry, and stalls harmlessly against a closed valve, so it suits batching and intermittent transfer where a centrifugal pump would be a poor fit.
