The NDP-20BPT-FLANGE covers 3/4" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in polypropylene, rated to 31.7 GPM. It passes solids to 1/16" (2.0 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
Polypropylene construction gives broad resistance to inorganic acids and caustics at a lower cost than fluoropolymer, and it stays inert in the salt and chlorine service that corrodes metal pumps. PTFE diaphragms and balls give near-universal chemical resistance, covering solvents, concentrated acids and oxidizers that destroy rubber elastomers, at the cost of a slightly lower displacement per stroke. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Fitted with flanged manifolds rather than threaded connections. Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
