This NDP-20BPC-FLANGE is a 3/4" NDP-20 air-operated diaphragm pump in polypropylene, rated to 31.7 GPM. It passes solids to 1/16" (2.0 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
The glass-filled polypropylene wetted path resists most acids, caustics and salt solutions, which is why plastic-bodied units dominate plating lines, water treatment and chemical dosing. Neoprene diaphragms and balls give balanced service across mild chemicals, oils and water, and are the economical default where nothing aggressive is being moved. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Fitted with flanged manifolds rather than threaded connections. Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
