The NDP-20BAN-D is Yamada's 3/4" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, with a 31.7 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 1/16" (2.0 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
An aluminum wetted path is the workhorse choice for petroleum products, inks, adhesives and machine coolant, giving metal durability without the cost of 316. Buna-N diaphragms and balls suit petroleum oils, diesel, hydraulic fluid and greases, but should be kept away from ketones and strong oxidizers. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied as a drum-mount package with dip tube and bung adapter. Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
