The NDP-15FVH-D is Yamada's 1/2" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in kynar pvdf, with a 13.5 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
PVDF construction handles the aggressive oxidising chemistry — chlorine, bromine, strong mineral acids — where polypropylene reaches its limit. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Flat check valves are the right choice where the pump has to lift liquid rather than being fed by gravity.
Supplied as a drum-mount package with dip tube and bung adapter. It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
