Yamada builds the G15SN11 as a 1/2" double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, capable of 16.6 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
A 316 stainless wetted path resists chlorides, organic acids and most process chemicals, and is the standard specification wherever wash-down or product purity matters. Buna-N diaphragms and balls suit petroleum oils, diesel, hydraulic fluid and greases, but should be kept away from ketones and strong oxidizers. Ball check valves come as standard across the Global Series.
The Global Series air motor uses Yamada's S-Spool valve with no pilot valve and runs completely oil-free, so there are fewer parts to fail and no lubricator to maintain. Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
