The G15PS11-D is Yamada's 1/2" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in polypropylene, with a 16.6 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
Polypropylene construction gives broad resistance to inorganic acids and caustics at a lower cost than fluoropolymer, and it stays inert in the salt and chlorine service that corrodes metal pumps. Santoprene diaphragms and balls offer broad chemical compatibility with a long flex life, and are usually the best value where the duty cycle is heavy. Ball check valves come as standard across the Global Series.
Supplied as a drum-mount package with dip tube and bung adapter. The Global Series air motor uses Yamada's S-Spool valve with no pilot valve and runs completely oil-free, so there are fewer parts to fail and no lubricator to maintain. Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
