The G15AS-D covers 1/2" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, rated to 16.6 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
An aluminum wetted path is the workhorse choice for petroleum products, inks, adhesives and machine coolant, giving metal durability without the cost of 316. Santoprene diaphragms and balls offer broad chemical compatibility with a long flex life, and are usually the best value where the duty cycle is heavy. Ball check valves come as standard across the Global Series.
Supplied as a drum-mount package with dip tube and bung adapter. The Global Series air motor uses Yamada's S-Spool valve with no pilot valve and runs completely oil-free, so there are fewer parts to fail and no lubricator to maintain. The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
