The DP-10BSH covers 3/8" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, rated to 6 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
A 316 stainless wetted path resists chlorides, organic acids and most process chemicals, and is the standard specification wherever wash-down or product purity matters. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
