The Ebara OPTIMA-3AS1 is a 1/3 HP Pro Drainer submersible pump with automatic float-switch operation — 115 V single phase — pairing a 304 stainless body with an engineered-thermoplastic impeller.
The casing, motor frame, and fasteners are 304 stainless with a 303 stainless shaft; the semi-open impeller is glass-filled thermoplastic (Noryl GFN2). It passes 3/8" spherical solids and handles liquids to 122°F (140°F intermittent). The mechanical, non-mercury float switch cycles the pump automatically, and the air-filled motor carries built-in overload protection with auto reset. Roughly 40 GPM at 5 ft with heads to about 22 ft; 1-1/4" NPT discharge; 20 ft cord; 11 lb. UL certified.
