The Pulsafeeder Chem-Tech XP080LALX is an XP Series peristaltic metering pump — 80 GPD maximum at 25 psi, 115 V — with adjustable 20:1 turndown and on/off control with a current-interrupter timer.
Peristaltic dosing keeps the chemical inside the tube: no check valves to foul, inherent self-priming, and easy handling of off-gassing chemistries like sodium hypochlorite. This build runs low-pressure Norprene tubing with 1/4" tube fittings, and the 20:1 mechanical turndown plus timer control covers a wide range of feed rates without changing hardware.
