The Pulsafeeder Chem-Tech X030-XC-BBA9XXX is a Series 100 mechanical diaphragm metering pump — 30 GPD maximum at up to 100 psi, 230 V — with an FKM (Viton-type) elastomer liquid end.
The motorized-diaphragm drive and sealed gearbox give quiet, consistent metering, with simple knob-and-lock feed-rate adjustment. This build pairs a PVC head with FKM seats/o-rings and a ceramic ball — the elastomer choice for many acids and oxidizer services where CSPE falls short — with 0.50" tubing and a standard bleed valve. Self-priming; max 125°F and 300 cps.
