The Grundfos 93064957 is a SMART Digital S DDA 7.5-16 diaphragm dosing pump rated for 7.5 l/h (2.0 GPH) at up to 16 bar (232 psi), built for precise chemical metering in water treatment — this build is configured for fluoride feed applications.
Type key DDA 7.5-16 FCM-PVC/V/C-F-31U7U7BG: PVC dosing head, FKM (Viton-type) gasket, ceramic valve ball, and a PTFE diaphragm, with the FCM control variant — flow control and integrated flow measurement plus alarm relay and analog input. The stepper-motor drive gives a setting range up to 1:3000, so one pump covers a wide dosing window without changing liquid ends. Ships with the installation set: 2 pump connections, foot valve, injection unit, 6 m PE discharge tube, 2 m PVC suction tube, and 2 m PVC vent tube (4/6 mm). This part number supersedes the earlier Grundfos 97722437.
