The ARO 666053-344 is a 1/2" air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump from ARO's compact 66605X series — self-priming, run-dry capable, and rated to about 13 GPM running on plant air up to 100 psi.
This build uses PTFE-faced (PTFE/Santoprene) diaphragms and PTFE check balls with polypropylene seats and an all-polypropylene wetted path. PTFE gives the broadest chemical compatibility in the line, so this configuration is the one to reach for with corrosive acids, caustics, solvents and other aggressive fluids that would attack rubber elastomers.
Bolted construction keeps the fluid path leak-tight and ARO's unbalanced air valve is designed to resist stalling. Not sure this build suits your fluid?
