Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We're based in Texas and ship from within the US.

Processing time. In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days of your order. This is dispatch time, not delivery — transit time depends on the carrier and your destination.

Lead times on made-to-order items. Some pumps are built to a specific configuration and are not held in stock. Where that applies, the product page shows the stated lead time. If an item isn't available for immediate dispatch, the page will show its lead time rather than listing it as in stock.

Where we ship. We ship across the continental US. For freight-class or oversized items, shipping is quoted at checkout or confirmed by email before dispatch.

Returns

We want you to order the right part with confidence. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for standard, unused items in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Authorization required. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before you ship anything back. To start one, email us with your order number and the part number (MPN). We'll issue an RMA with return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA can't be processed.

Restocking fee. Returns for buyer convenience (changed your mind, ordered the wrong spec) are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which reflects what suppliers charge on returned stock. There is no restocking fee if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return shipping.

  • If the item is defective, incorrect, or was damaged in transit, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
  • If you're returning for convenience, return shipping is paid by you, in addition to the restocking fee.

Items that can't be returned

For safety and contamination reasons, the following are not returnable except in the case of a defect:

  • Pumps and parts configured to order or special-ordered (for example, specific wetted-material combinations that aren't stock items).
  • Items that have been used, installed, or in contact with any fluid or chemical.
  • Opened consumables and wear parts (diaphragms, seals, repair kits).

Damage or shortages in transit

Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so we can file a claim with the carrier or supplier.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. KAD is the seller, not the manufacturer; we'll help you file and coordinate a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Warranty terms vary by brand. We list only certifications the manufacturer documents (such as NSF/ANSI 61, UL listing, or ATEX/explosion-proof ratings) and never imply a rating a product doesn't carry.

How to start a return or claim

Email sales@kadpumpsandparts.com with your order number and part number (MPN). We'll respond with an RMA and next steps.
